Terms of Service

By installing, accessing, or using the Champagne Engineering Workspace Add-on (“Add-on”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Add-on.

1. Description of the Add-on

The Add-on provides utilities for creating and inserting formatted documents and spreadsheets within Google Workspace applications including Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive.

2. License Grant

Champagne Engineering LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Add-on solely within your Google Workspace environment for lawful purposes.

3. Proprietary Rights

The Add-on and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of Champagne Engineering LLC. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Add-on without prior written consent.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the documents and spreadsheets created or modified using the Add-on. You are responsible for maintaining backups and complying with applicable organizational policies.

5. No Data Collection

The Add-on does not collect, transmit, or store user content outside of your Google Workspace environment. For additional information, please review our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE ADD-ON IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Champagne Engineering LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Add-on.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Add-on at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
